David Harris CFA, CFP

David Harris joined Fiera Capital in October 2020 and is currently an Investment Counsellor. He is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience as well as business development. 

Mr. Harris began his career in the investment management industry in 2015 when he joined the associate program at Scotia Wealth Management. In 2017 he became an Investment Advisor at Cumberland Private Wealth, where he developed financial plans, analyzed and built custom investment portfolios and helped manage a national sales channel. 

Mr. Harris earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University in 2015 and holds the CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designations. He is currently working towards completing his MBA (Master of Business Administration) through Ivey Business School. 

Mr. Harris serves as President of the Fiera Capital Foundation and volunteers as a member of the St. Michael’s Hospital’s Young Leaders, actively contributing to fundraising and raising awareness for the cause.
