We are the Asia division of Fiera Capital Corporation with a dedicated investment management strategy that combines direct lending, secondary credit and special situation investment knowledge and experience to help Asian companies, often lacking access to sophisticated capital market solutions, rebound, grow and achieve their full potential.
Fiera Capital (Asia) (previously known as Clearwater Capital Partners) was founded in 2001. Since its inception, the firm has made more than 350 investments totaling over USD7.9 billion, across sectors and geographies, both onshore and offshore, and built some of the largest dedicated lending platforms throughout the region.
Fiera Capital (Asia) has built an on-the-ground presence in Asia through locally staffed offices and companies in Hong Kong and Singapore. The breadth of the targeted investment market and its established and experienced presence make it possible for the firm to source, develop and capture value in diverse opportunities, particularly targeting the senior part of the capital structure.
The Fiera Capital (Asia) team, including our China direct lending platform, consists of over 60 individuals who are passionate about credit investing and have a complementary set of diverse backgrounds and skill-sets.
