Wei Zhao

Wei Zhao serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance of Fiera Capital Inc.. In this capacity, she is responsible for design, development and implementation of firm’s compliance program.

Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Wei concurrently served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Penn Mutual Asset Management, LLC, and Penn Series Funds, Inc., the wholly owned registered investment adviser and funds of Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, where she was responsible for managing and developing compliance program for the Adviser and the Funds. Prior to Penn Mutual, Wei was employed with Aberdeen Asset Management, where she held positions heading up the front office compliance team and auditing function in the US. Prior to that, Wei served as Vice President with the Portfolio Compliance Group at BlackRock.

Wei earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from The Central University of Finance and Economic (Beijing). Wei also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Delaware.
