Tyler Smith FSA, FCIA

Tyler Smith is a Senior Institutional Client Manager within the Canadian Institutional Distribution team. He is responsible for client servicing activities with a diversified group of investors.   

Tyler has more than 20 years of industry experience and has been with the firm since 2021. Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Tyler worked for several Canadian and Global consulting firms, most recently specializing in working with institutional jointly trusteed and multi-employer clients. During his career Tyler worked as a line of business leader, investment consultant and plan actuary in a variety of senior roles. 

Tyler obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Manitoba. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
