Oleg Volgarev CFA, CAIA

Oleg Volgarev joined Fiera Capital in 2021 and is currently an Associate Vice President, Private Wealth. He contributes to fostering and delivering excellence in investment management across Private Wealth investors’ portfolios in the U.S. and Canada.

In close collaboration with the Public and Private Markets teams, Mr. Volgarev participates in the oversight and evolution of the Private Wealth investment platform. He identifies and shares best practices in Private Wealth client portfolio construction through tailored thought leadership publications.

Prior to joining Fiera Capital, he was Senior Analyst at BRK Capital and was responsible for the oversight of traditional and non-traditional public market investments. He previously held roles at TD Bank Financial Group in Toronto and Montreal. Mr. Volgarev has earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations. He also completed a certificate in ESG Investing.
