Mel Robinson

Mel is the Vice President, Institutional Sales and Relationships, UK at Fiera Capital. Based in London, Mel’s focus is to lead Fiera Capital’s business development activities with Local Government pension schemes in the UK, promoting Fiera’s capabilities in both private and public markets.

Mel has 20 years’ experience working in the investment management industry.  Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Mel spent 11 years at Lazard Asset Management in London where herfocus was client relationships and sales working with corporate Defined Benefit Schemes and LGPS pension schemes.

Prior to Lazard, Mel worked with Challenger Financial Services in Australia, where she headed up client service for their institutional business. This role involved client relationship management with some of Australia’s largest superannuation funds and institutional clients.

She started her career at Intech Investment Consultants in Australia where she spent 7 years in roles including client service, manager research and investment operations.

Mel holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and the IMC certificate.
