Larry is involved in all aspects of Private Alternatives at Fiera Capital while focusing his efforts in the infrastructure space.
Larry has over 40 years of investment experience. Most recently, he was a senior advisor for UBS. Previously, Larry was on the Management Committee and several Investment Committees at J.P. Morgan. Larry was a founding professional of JP Morgan’s infrastructure and maritime businesses, and oversaw their asset growth to nearly $6 billion.
Prior to J.P. Morgan, Larry was a partner at Lazard, where he headed their institutional client business. Larry spent more than a decade at Goldman Sachs, first in investment banking and starting in 1989, one of the founders of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM). He spent the first eleven years of his career at SBC Communications (now AT&T), concluding his tenure there as senior investment officer of the pension fund.
Larry was also a founding member of Argo Infrastructure Partners.
In 2006 Larry was selected by Transportation Secretary Mary E. Peters to serve on the Blue Ribbon Panel of Transportation Experts, a commission created by the U.S. Congress to report on the future needs and funding of the nation’s transportation system.
Larry has lectured at University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, Cornell Business School and Yale School of Management.
Larry holds Series 7, 24, 3, 63, 65 and 66 certifications. He earned a BS in the School of Business at the University of Missouri.
