Karen Fernandes

With over 20 years’ experience in institutional asset management Karen Fernandes is in charge of leading and managing Fiera’s consultant relations effort in the US market. Karen is responsible for building and strengthening our relationships with investment consultants to help them better serve their clients by providing Fiera’s leading investment solutions and insights across public and private markets. She also collaborates closely with our US and Global distribution teams to help align our efforts across all functions with that of the investment consultant community.

Prior to joining Fiera, Karen was a Director of Consultant Relations at Mellon Investments Corporation for 8 years, where she was in charge of managing relationships with compelling global and regional consultants across a large scale multi-asset platform. Prior to Mellon, Karen spent 4 years as Head of Sales and Marketing at a start-up investment management firm Windham Capital Management. Prior to this, Karen was VP, Consultant Relations and Business Development at State Street. Earlier in her career, Karen spent 5 years as an analyst for a boutique investment bank in Boston.

Karen holds an MBA and a BA in finance from Boston University.
