Senior Vice-President, Segregated Funds

As Senior Vice President, Segregated Funds, he oversees the asset-management team whose jurisdiction includes all real estate portfolios and funds managed by Fiera Properties. Graham has overall responsibility for all property business plans, reporting, and property/project financing arrangements.

Graham began his career as a building design engineer at a large east-coast engineering consulting firm, ADI Limited. He subsequently worked for Halifax-based Universal Property Management, where he was responsible for the management of office, retail and residential properties.

Graham joined Roycom, a forerunner of Fiera Properties, in 1998 as a financial analyst and was subsequently promoted to the position of Asset Manager. In that role, he was responsible for creating and implementing property business plans and managing all of the firm’s property managers and leasing agents. In 2006, Graham was named Vice President, expanding his responsibilities to include oversight of investor reporting, acquisition due diligence and property financing.

Graham earned an MBA from the University of New Brunswick and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University, and holds a professional engineering designation.
