Charles-Olivier Michaud

Charles-Olivier Michaud is an institutional client manager within the Canadian institutional distribution team. In this role, he is responsible for several relationships with institutional clients, including pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, and various indigenous organizations.

Charles-Olivier has over 20 years of experience in the industry and is recognized for building and maintaining trust-based relationships with various stakeholders. Before joining Fiera Capital, Charles-Olivier was a portfolio manager for a public organization, where he was responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies while ensuring compliance with governance rules, including reporting to the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors, as well as monitoring external portfolio managers. Previously, Charles-Olivier worked in the consulting field with several consulting firms.

Charles-Olivier has a Bachelor of Actuarial Science degree from Laval University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA). He is also Treasurer on the Board of Directors of a housing assistance committee.
