The Fiera Real Estate CORE Mortgage Fund, launched in November 2017, is designed to provide investors with an opportunity to invest in mortgages secured by high-quality commercial real estate across Canada.
Real estate lending is a natural extension of Fiera Real Estate’ equity business, and extends the firm’s footprint into a broader portion of the real estate capital space.
