The Dividend Growth strategy is focused on reducing risk and enhancing returns to construct a portfolio of companies with above average ROIC, financial strength, and the ability to consistently increase dividends. The Dividend Growth portfolio typically holds 40 to 60 names and consists of companies between $150 million and $10 billion in market cap at time of initial purchase. The benchmark index is the Russell 2500 Growth.
