Strategy Overview
Investment approach
The strategy’s investment objective is to provide stable returns, mainly through income generation. The Fund will invest in the residential construction sector through limited partnerships (LPs) created by Centria Capital and others, as well as in money‑market securities. The Fund could also invest, up to a maximum of 20%, in sectors outside the residential construction area. The Fund will invest primarily in Centria Capital Inc.’s Construction, Development and Start‑up Funds.
