Fiera Capital’s ANZ Real Estate Debt Strategy named Best Private Debt Manager 2025 by AsianInvestor

Hong Kong, April 7th, 2025 – Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ), a leading asset management company with USD$116.2 billion in AUM as at December 31, 2024, has been named Best Private Debt Manager of the Year for the Fiera Capital ANZ Real Estate Debt Strategy (“the Strategy”) at the prestigious AsianInvestor 2025 Asset Management Awards. The award recognises exceptional performance and innovation in an increasingly complex market environment.

Led by Joshua Bartlow, Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, the approximately USD$620 million Strategy provides senior real estate-backed loans secured with first ranking mortgages in the Australia and New Zealand markets. Launched in August 2018, the Strategy has a successful six-and-a-half-year track record providing stable cash yields and strong returns for investors since inception.
